I took out the typewriter font (Courier New) throughout the entire webpage and replaced it with Baskerville one of my favorite serif typefaces. I wanted to stick with a serif typeface since mostly all typewriters come with a serif font. I also took out the opacity that I had on the background image.

More separation is needed. Try more contrast. Perhaps heads are san serif and text is the serif, so there is a clearer distinction.
